What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective clients to assess their current benefits coverage and identify gaps
• Present customized benefit packages that align with client needs and budget considerations
• Explain plan features, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes in clear, accessible language
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and policy applications in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure timely enrollment and address any questions
• Stay current on industry regulations, plan updates, and emerging benefit trends through ongoing training
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and enhance the overall client experience
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct

What We're Looking For
