About This Position
This role involves overseeing daily operations at our beauty and slimming centre, focusing on service delivery and reservations logistics. You will supervise staff, evaluate performance, and ensure smooth reception workflows to enhance guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the spa team including beauticians and therapists
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Develop and maintain weekly schedules for the spa operations
- Address customer escalations and ensure guest satisfaction
- Evaluate service delivery to improve overall centre performance
- Manage reservations logistics and ensure smooth operation of the front desk
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or spa industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and addressing customer concerns
- Experience in managing reservations and front desk operations
- Adept at evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback
