Role Overview
At Pine's portfolio company, Alta Vista Technology, you'll join a nationally recognized ERP consulting firm and proud Microsoft partner. As the Business Central Practice Lead, you will manage and grow their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting practice. This role is a player-coach position where hands-on leadership meets client delivery.
What You'll Do
- Practice Leadership (~50%): Oversee day-to-day operations, manage team dynamics, and ensure quality standards are met across engagements.
- Client Delivery (~50% Billable): Serve as the lead consultant or solution architect on active Business Central implementations. Lead client discovery sessions and design solutions within Business Central.
- Liaison Role: Act as a key contact between the BC practice, Sales, and ISV partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Methodology & Reporting: Define delivery methodologies, uphold quality standards, report on KPIs like utilization, pipeline, and customer satisfaction.

We seek a dynamic individual with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting. You should have strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor and develop teams, and a deep understanding of client delivery processes. A proven track record in delivering successful projects is essential.
