Automotive Detailer – Car Washer

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is hiring a full-time Automotive Detailer in Austin, at our Austin Airport location. This is your opportunity to maintain the quality standards that drive customer satisfaction in vehicle rental services.

Position Summary

Join our Austin Airport team as an Automotive Detailer and play a vital role in vehicle preparation and maintenance. Located at 3819 Presidential Blvd, our Austin airport facility seeks dedicated professionals to inspect, clean, and detail rental vehicles to Enterprise standards. This full-time position offers competitive compensation starting at $16 per hour, with potential earnings up to $18 per hour—including premium rates for weekend shifts and shifts beginning after 2:00 PM. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning and detailing on rental vehicles
• Inspect vehicles and accurately document condition assessments
• Operate pressure washers, vacuums, buffer equipment, and specialized detailing tools
• Prepare vehicles to company quality standards for fleet placement
• Maintain organized work stations and inventory of cleaning supplies
• Meet daily vehicle preparation targets while upholding quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent relevant experience
• Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, and lifting throughout extended shifts
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work weekends and variable shift schedules
• Teamwork mindset and willingness to learn
