As an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers’ safety by installing high-quality auto glass in a timely and efficient manner.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced technicians in the installation of auto glass
• Learn to handle and install various types of auto glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment during installations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Skills & Qualifications

• No specific educational requirements, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Aptitude for learning new tasks quickly and following instructions accurately
• Valid driver's license required, as travel between job sites may be necessary
