What You'll Do

• Greet customers and conduct thorough consultations about vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service needs
• Write accurate, comprehensive service work orders with all details technicians need to complete jobs correctly
• Estimate service costs and explain repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers in clear, accessible language
• Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating customer availability with technician workload
• Process payments and handle transaction documentation
• Follow up with customers about completed services and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain organized records and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate
• Support the team in delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in customer-friendly terms
• Experience in automotive service, customer service, or a similar role (preferred)
