The Opportunity
An established multi-office law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $240,000 per year and is based in Keene, New Hampshire.
Core Duties
- Handle complex estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and review trust documents, wills, and other legal instruments
- Provide legal advice on estate administration and probate issues
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to trusts and estates
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members as needed
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law
- A strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of a J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain within 6 months
