Lumen is hiring a full-time Attorney, Enterprise Sales to join our legal team in Pensacola. In this on-site role, you will be the trusted legal partner behind the deals that power connectivity for enterprises, governments, and communities.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Attorney at Lumen, you will work hand in hand with sales and commercial teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex contracts across our fiber, cloud, edge, and AI-driven service portfolio. This is a high-impact legal position for a commercially minded attorney who thrives in a fast-moving technology environment and wants to help shape agreements that customers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise sales agreements, service contracts, and related commercial documents.
- Advise sales, product, and business leaders on contractual terms, risk, and compliance considerations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to balance commercial objectives with sound legal protection.
- Support deal structuring for connectivity, cloud, edge, and AI workload offerings.
- Help streamline contracting processes and standardize templates to accelerate the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
- Experience advising on commercial, technology, or enterprise sales contracts.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance for business teams.
- Availability to work on-site in Pensacola.
