Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research for trade mark filings and oppositions
• Prepare and file trade mark applications in Australia and internationally
• Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer service
• Assist with legal due diligence and compliance matters related to intellectual property
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience as a Junior-Associate or similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with trade mark law and practice, including filing procedures and opposition processes
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in legal writing and documentation
