Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish clear objectives and performance targets for all client engagements assigned to your pod
• Champion and verify the use of current best practices throughout paid search and social campaigns
• Lead efforts that strengthen client loyalty and support employee continuity
• Direct strategic planning, budget stewardship and ongoing optimization of search and social advertising
• Coach pod members, review campaign outcomes and connect daily execution to overall financial impact
• Collaborate across teams to refine processes and deliver measurable growth for each client portfolio

• Ability to set and track goals that drive client and employee retention
