About This Position

This role involves supporting the Store Manager in various tasks including staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown. The position is full-time with no remote option available.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in managing staff schedules and training new team members.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of store displays to ensure a visually appealing environment for customers.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to maintain organized and attractive product displays.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and restocking products as needed.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A commitment to customer service excellence to ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
