About the Role

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, Affiliate, you will own the day-to-day strategy and operations of Lowe's affiliate marketing program. Based on-site in Mooresville, you will collaborate across teams to grow partner relationships, optimize performance, and contribute to broader marketing objectives within a fast-moving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic direction and ongoing operations of the affiliate marketing channel.
• Build, nurture, and expand relationships with affiliate partners and publishers.
• Track channel performance and identify opportunities to improve results and return on investment.
• Partner with internal marketing, analytics, and merchandising teams to align affiliate efforts with company goals.
• Support the planning and execution of affiliate campaigns from concept through reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate, digital, or performance marketing, ideally within a retail or e-commerce setting.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting channel data to guide decisions.
• Proven ability to manage partner relationships and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to keep campaigns on track.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Mooresville, North Carolina headquarters (this is not a remote position).
