About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll support day-to-day operations while working alongside management to keep our facility running smoothly and our team engaged. This role combines leadership with hands-on involvement in a fast-paced car wash environment, requiring both strategic thinking and active participation in the operational flow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high operational standards
  • Support scheduling, staff training, and performance management to build a capable, dependable team
  • Help maintain facility cleanliness, equipment condition, and safety protocols
  • Address customer concerns and work to resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to location performance and revenue goals through operational excellence
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and equipment verification
  • Identify and recommend operational improvements and process enhancements

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing service business
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop team members
