Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our small horse facility on the northeast side of Tucson. If you have a passion for horse care and enjoy working with animals as therapeutic partners, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Care for horses by providing daily feeding, grooming, and exercise routines
• Assist in equine therapy sessions, ensuring the safety of both clients and horses
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all animals and clients
• Work closely with our team to support the overall success of our therapeutic programs

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in horse care or related field
• Affinity for working with horses and understanding their behavior
• Patient, empathetic, and able to work well with clients who have behavioral challenges
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience highly valued
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely (up to 50 pounds)
• Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment for all participants
