About the Role

This full-time leadership position focuses on developing and scaling production-grade machine learning systems that drive business impact. You will direct the technical strategy and execution of AI initiatives with emphasis on natural language processing, working to solve complex challenges across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and engineering of scalable machine learning models built for production deployment and reliability
• Direct natural language processing initiatives that address critical business requirements in financial services
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into advanced ML solutions
• Guide data scientists and engineers through best practices in model development, validation, and deployment
• Champion innovation in applied artificial intelligence while upholding rigorous standards for performance and security
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of machine learning projects from exploration through productionization
• Evaluate emerging methodologies and technologies to keep our ML capabilities competitive

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in machine learning with demonstrated strength in natural language processing or adjacent areas
• Proven success taking machine learning systems from research through large-scale production deployment
• Strong technical foundation in Python, Scala, Java, or comparable languages used in ML engineering
• Experience building, training, and optimizing models using modern ML frameworks and cloud platforms
• Demonstrated leadership ability managing technical teams and influencing product decisions
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or similar domains is valued
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or equivalent hands-on experience
