About the Role

Your Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
• Ensure all repairs meet company standards and regulations, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Keep detailed records of service calls and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair and service.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and fix complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and electrical wiring is a plus.
