What This Role Involves
The APAC Regional IT Support Lead will serve as the senior onsite IT owner for the Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) office and regional lead for APAC IT support. You will combine hands-on support with regional coordination, operational leadership, and process improvements across offices and time zones.
Core Duties
- Provide on-site IT support to ensure smooth operations in the Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) office
- Coordinate and manage IT support for all APAC regions
- Lead the development and implementation of IT processes and procedures across multiple offices
- Ensure high levels of customer service by addressing user issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges
