Finance Transformation – Anaplan Consultant, Manager

PwC seeks a Finance Transformation — Anaplan Consultant, Manager to lead strategic finance modernization initiatives in Glendale, Colorado. In this full-time role, you will guide enterprise clients through cloud-based financial planning transformations, managing Anaplan implementations that reshape how organizations plan, forecast, and operate their finance functions.

About the Role

You will partner directly with CFOs, controllers, treasurers, and finance teams to architect and deliver Anaplan solutions that modernize financial planning and analysis capabilities. This is a client-facing management position where you'll oversee implementation projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of next-generation planning platforms across complex finance organizations. Travel of up to 60% should be expected.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end Anaplan implementation engagements, from requirements discovery through post-launch optimization
• Lead technical design and configuration of planning models, financial consolidation modules, and forecasting frameworks
• Assess current finance processes and identify transformation opportunities aligned with business strategy
• Build and mentor project teams, delegating work across Anaplan developers, financial analysts, and support staff
• Establish stakeholder governance, conduct executive briefings, and manage client expectations throughout delivery
• Develop training programs and change management strategies to accelerate end-user adoption
• Troubleshoot complex planning scenarios and optimize model performance for enterprise-scale deployments

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan platform experience, including data integration, reporting, and application design
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A environments
• Proven management or senior consulting background, with the ability to lead and inspire client and internal teams
• Strong understanding of financial processes across consolidation, reporting, and strategic planning
• Track record delivering large, complex transformation projects on time and within scope
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 60% for client engagements
