Analista de Compras

People RH is seeking a full-time Analista de Compras (Procurement Analyst) to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will own the complete procurement lifecycle, from supplier evaluation through contract management, ensuring our organization sources materials, equipment, and services at optimal cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end purchasing workflows by coordinating with internal departments to identify needs, requirements, and specifications for materials, equipment, and vendor services
• Solicit and evaluate competitive quotations from prospective suppliers, assessing both technical specifications and commercial terms to identify the best value
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, payment conditions, and service-level expectations to secure favorable terms without compromising quality
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing concerns to ensure continuity of supply
• Conduct cost analysis and price benchmarking to inform purchasing decisions and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements
• Monitor supplier performance, track quality standards, and escalate issues to ensure accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or supplier management
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts professionally
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in evaluating proposals, comparing costs, and making data-driven recommendations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple purchasing processes and timelines
• Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in procurement software or systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
