Community Association Manager, Portfolio

Beacon Community Management Services is hiring a Community Association Manager, Portfolio to lead and oversee multiple residential communities in Watkinsville, Oconee County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on community satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term property value across a growing portfolio of homeowner associations.

About the Role

As Community Association Manager serving a portfolio of communities, you'll be the principal point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors. You'll manage operations, budget oversight, vendor relationships, and resident communications for multiple association communities simultaneously. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic planning with daily operations in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple community associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents, state regulations, and industry standards
• Manage community budgets, financial planning, assessments, and reserve studies across the portfolio
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements
• Facilitate board meetings and community events, fostering resident engagement and satisfaction
• Address resident concerns and conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy
• Maintain comprehensive community records, documentation, and communication systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a community association manager or in property and community management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and independent judgment
• Leadership capability and capacity to manage multiple priorities across communities
• Understanding of community association law and management best practices (CAM certification preferred)
• Proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Watkinsville, Oconee County
