About This Position
The AI Field Engineer role at Fireworks is pivotal. You'll be embedded with our most ambitious customers and technology partners to solve complex AI challenges and transform them into production systems swiftly. The position bridges engineering, product management, and customer delivery. You will actively build proof-of-concepts (POCs), minimum viable products (MVPs), and production integrations while also engaging in high-level discussions about architecture, strategy, and business outcomes with executives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer success
Who We're Looking For
We seek candidates who are passionate about AI and have a proven track record in building and deploying production-grade AI solutions. You should possess strong technical skills, hands-on experience with AI frameworks like PyTorch, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. A background in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering is essential. Additionally, you must be able to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
