About This Position
The AI & Machine Learning organization at HP is a centralized team of data scientists and machine learning engineers building GenAI-based tools and digital products that enable increased productivity for 50,000 employees and improve the effectiveness of hundreds of critical business processes. As an AI Data Scientist, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can be used for product development and process improvement.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance the efficiency of various business processes.
- Create and maintain data pipelines and ensure the quality and integrity of data inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and execute experiments and prototypes.
Who We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders.
