Position Summary

The Regional Manager (RM) at Hayes Gibson Property Services is responsible for overseeing multifamily housing properties – both affordable and market-rate. The RM will ensure that each property meets or exceeds its financial performance targets, regulatory requirements, and ownership objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of multifamily housing properties to meet financial goals and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate and improve operational efficiencies across all managed properties.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to affordable housing.
• Develop and implement property-specific strategies for revenue enhancement and cost control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, marketing, and finance departments.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily housing management or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in achieving financial performance targets for properties.
• Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
