About the Role

As an Administrative Business Partner, you will serve as a central point of contact for the Intrinsic team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and external partners. You will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and maintain the administrative backbone that enables rapid innovation.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross‑functional events, handling logistics, agenda preparation, and follow‑up actions.
• Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor invoices for the team, adhering to company policies.
• Maintain and organize shared documentation, project trackers, and knowledge bases to keep information accessible and up‑to‑date.
• Assist with onboarding new team members, including setup of equipment, access provision, and orientation scheduling.
• Support budget tracking and forecasting efforts by gathering data, preparing reports, and highlighting variances.
• Act as a liaison with Google‑wide services (HR, IT, Facilities) to resolve administrative inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement streamlined workflows to increase team efficiency.
