As Administrative Assistant at IDEA Judson College Prep, you are the backbone of the principal's office. You manage the daily operational support that enables school leadership to dedicate their energy to instruction, culture, and strategic initiatives. Your organized approach to scheduling, communications, and event coordination directly multiplies the principal's effectiveness in serving students and families in our San Antonio community.

What You'll Do

• Manage the principal's calendar, appointments, and meeting logistics with attention to competing priorities
• Handle phone communications, visitor check-ins, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate school events, parent meetings, and community engagements from planning through execution
• Maintain school records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for school leadership
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor coordination as needed
• Serve as the central point of communication between the office and school staff, families, and district
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and general office administration
