About the Role

As an Account Executive at Securitas Technology, you will own the commercial sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through contract closure. You'll work to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while delivering the exceptional client experience that defines our organization. This role combines consultative selling with relationship management to grow our presence in the core commercial market.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts that align with Securitas Technology's integrated security solutions and services
  • Conduct needs analysis and discovery conversations to understand client challenges and business objectives
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate tailored security solutions and proposals
  • Close deals and manage the sales process while maintaining contract profitability
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM platform
  • Collaborate with operations, installation, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in commercial B2B sales, ideally with security, technology, or systems experience
  • Consultative selling approach with ability to diagnose and solve client security needs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Disciplined, quota-focused mindset with proven track record of closing business
  • Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales tools
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
  • Self-directed, persistent, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
