About This Position

This role involves providing Tier II support for critical 311/911 operations. The job requires troubleshooting workstations, applications, and networks to ensure smooth operation of the system. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting Mobile Data Computers to maintain field unit connectivity.

Your Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot workstations, applications, and networks for critical 311/911 operations
• Support Mobile Data Computers to ensure field unit connectivity
• Work on-site in Washington, DC
• Perform weekend shifts of 10 hours each, twice a week (on Saturdays or Sundays)
