Role Overview

The Full Time 12D M1/M2 Traffic Management Operative role with Pinson TM Limited in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, UK, UK centres on delivering safe temporary traffic layouts for live highway works. Openings exist for both individuals who already hold the 12D M1/M2 qualification and those who wish to start as trainees. Pinson TM Limited collaborates with leading traffic management providers nationwide and is actively expanding its operative team to meet growing operational needs. You will form part of a mobile crew helping maintain clear, controlled conditions for road users and construction teams during essential network improvements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Install, check and remove cones, temporary signs, barriers and other traffic control equipment in line with agreed plans
• Maintain secure site layouts that protect both the public and work crews on dual carriageways and multi-lane roads
• Carry out regular inspections of equipment and make prompt adjustments when weather or traffic volumes change
• Assist the wider crew during basic set-ups and more complex phased works across designated schemes
• Record completed tasks, report any hazards immediately and follow all current health and safety protocols
• Travel between job locations around the Kenilworth, Warwickshire, UK, UK area and further afield as required for live contracts

Qualifications

• Current 12D M1/M2 Traffic Management certification, or a strong interest in training to become a fully qualified operative
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers as a reliable member of a mobile traffic management team
• Good physical fitness for handling equipment and spending extended periods on active highways
• Clear communication skills and a consistent commitment to site safety standards
• Reliability when travelling to different worksites surrounding Kenilworth, Warwickshire, UK, UK and the wider region
