Manager of Strategic Finance

Solace is reimagining how patients navigate a confusing healthcare system, and we're looking for a Manager of Strategic Finance to help guide that mission from our Redwood City office. This is a high-impact, full-time role for a finance leader who wants to shape the financial future of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

About the Role

As Manager of Strategic Finance at Solace in Redwood City, you'll sit at the intersection of finance and company strategy. You'll translate data into clear insight, partner with leadership on key decisions, and build the financial frameworks that support a Series C startup scaling its impact on patient care. This is an on-site position based in Redwood City.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets that inform strategic planning
• Partner with executives and department leaders to evaluate growth initiatives and resource allocation
• Analyze performance metrics and surface actionable recommendations for leadership
• Support fundraising, board reporting, and investor communications with rigorous analysis
• Strengthen financial processes and reporting as the company scales

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with comfort turning complex data into clear narratives
• A collaborative, cross-functional mindset and excellent communication abilities
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Ability to work on-site in Redwood City
