Atlassian is hiring an Atlassian Solution Sales Executive: JSM, Strategic Accounts to expand the reach of its service management offerings across high-value enterprise customers in the US. This full-time role sits within the JSM Solution Sales Executive (SSE) team, focused on accelerating sales and adoption among strategic accounts.
About the Role
As a JSM Solution Sales Executive, you will partner with Atlassian's largest strategic accounts to grow usage of Jira Service Management. You will combine consultative selling with deep product knowledge to help organizations modernize how they deliver service across teams. Atlassian supports flexible work, so you can choose where you do your best work — whether from an office, from home, or a blend of both — within any country where Atlassian maintains a legal entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales motions that drive adoption of Jira Service Management within assigned strategic accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to uncover and advance service management opportunities.
- Position the value of Atlassian's solutions through tailored, consultative engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Own pipeline and revenue outcomes tied to growth and expansion in your account portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in solution or software sales, ideally within enterprise or strategic account environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate customer needs into business outcomes.
- Familiarity with service management, ITSM, or related SaaS solutions is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated approach suited to a flexible, distributed work environment in the US.
