About the Role

As the ALIP Integration Architect Lead, you will own the architecture and integration strategy that ties the Accenture Life Insurance and Annuity Platform to the broader ecosystems of leading insurers. Working alongside a deep bench of Life and Annuity specialists, you will help carriers modernize their platforms, streamline product distribution, and deliver more personalized customer experiences through AI, data analytics, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the end-to-end integration architecture for ALIP implementations across client environments.
• Design scalable, secure connections between ALIP and surrounding systems, services, and data sources.
• Guide technical teams through platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate insurance business needs into resilient, future-ready technical solutions.
• Apply automation, data analytics, and AI capabilities to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Serve as the architectural authority and trusted advisor to both delivery teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an integration architect, ideally within the Life and Annuity insurance domain.
• Hands-on familiarity with the Accenture Life Insurance and Annuity Platform (ALIP) or comparable insurance platforms.
• Strong command of integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise system design.
• Demonstrated leadership guiding architecture and technical teams on large-scale engagements.
• Ability to align technology decisions with insurance business strategy and modernization goals.
