About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy in Westchester County, you will guide patients through individualized treatment plans from evaluation to discharge. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on treatments consistently and follow through on the care plan you outline.
• Create and provide supporting resources, including tailored Home Exercise Programs and related patient documentation.
• Uphold a high standard of clinical care across every patient interaction.
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment approaches to keep patients progressing toward their goals.

Qualifications

• A qualified, licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in the state of New York).
• Genuine passion for patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.
