About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planning Manager within Accenture's Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will partner with life sciences clients to reinvent their planning capabilities, embedding digital tools and AI-driven insight into the core of their operations. This is an on-site, full-time position based in SoMa, San Francisco, suited to a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning engagements for clients across the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector.
• Design and implement demand, supply, and integrated business planning solutions that strengthen each client's digital core.
• Apply AI and advanced analytics to unlock value quickly across the planning lifecycle.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships throughout transformation programs.
• Translate operational challenges into practical, measurable improvements in service, cost, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related consulting, ideally within life sciences or a regulated industry.
• Strong command of planning processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning.
• Familiarity with digital planning platforms and the use of AI or analytics to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site in SoMa, San Francisco.
