About the Role
In this hybrid, full-time position based in Allendale, you will lead efforts to elevate quality and capability throughout Guardian Life's Individual Life (IL) Claims function. Your work will span Life, Annuity, and Life Waiver of Premium Claims, where you'll establish a dependable, scalable, and future-ready approach to quality while preparing the next wave of claims talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a consistent, scalable quality framework across Life, Annuity, and Life Waiver of Premium Claims.
- Drive forward-looking standards that strengthen the foundation of quality across Individual Life Claims.
- Design and deliver training that grows the skills of current and future claims professionals.
- Partner with claims teams to embed best practices and support continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership that reinforces capability building across the IL Claims organization.
Qualifications
- Experience within Life, Annuity, or Life Waiver of Premium Claims, or a closely related claims discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to develop quality frameworks and coach others toward consistent standards.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on training, mentoring, and capability development.
- A forward-thinking mindset and comfort working in a hybrid environment in Allendale.
