Sales Production Associate

Goodwill Industries Group is hiring a full-time Sales Production Associate in Plymouth, to help keep our donation-to-sales-floor pipeline moving in a lively retail setting.

About the Role

As a Sales Production Associate in Plymouth, you'll be the engine behind our store's inventory. From the moment donations arrive at the drive-thru to the second they reach the sales floor, you'll make sure every item is handled quickly, accurately, and with care. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a hands-on part in keeping a fast-moving retail operation running smoothly while supporting the Goodwill mission of empowering people to reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming donations efficiently at the drive-thru.
• Sort items by category, quality, and condition to prepare them for sale.
• Price and tag merchandise according to store guidelines.
• Stock and replenish the sales floor to maintain a full, organized presentation.
• Help ensure a steady, seamless flow of goods from intake through to display.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and order of a high-volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at a brisk pace in a busy, hands-on retail or warehouse setting.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented when sorting, pricing, and stocking.
• Able to handle the physical demands of lifting, moving, and processing donated goods.
• A team player who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
