About the Role

As a Class A CDL Company Driver with Hogan Transports, you'll run regional freight while enjoying the consistency and home-time balance that come with a dedicated regional operation. This position welcomes both seasoned professionals and recent CDL-A graduates, thanks to a structured grad training program designed to set new drivers up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned regional routes throughout the Fremont, Dodge County area and beyond
• Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule while following all DOT and company safety standards
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required driving documentation
• Communicate clearly with dispatch to keep freight moving efficiently
• For new graduates: actively participate in Hogan's grad training to build confidence and on-road skills

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Recent CDL-A graduates are encouraged to apply — grad training is provided
