About the Role

This is a full-time, OTR flatbed position for Class A CDL holders who want the independence of leasing combined with the backing of an established carrier. As a lease driver with Anderson Trucking Service, you'll handle long-haul flatbed freight while building toward truck ownership, supported every mile of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A flatbed tractor-trailer safely on over-the-road, long-distance routes
• Load, secure, tarp, and unload flatbed freight in accordance with safety standards
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and remain compliant with all DOT and federal regulations
• Deliver freight on schedule while practicing professional, customer-focused service
• Manage the responsibilities that come with a lease-purchase agreement

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• A minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
• Willingness to run over-the-road and spend extended time on the road
• Flatbed experience and comfort with securing and tarping loads is a strong advantage
• A clean driving record and commitment to safe, compliant operation
• Interest in a lease-purchase pathway toward owning your own equipment
