Director of Partner Relations and Support

Greater Chicago Food Depository is hiring a full-time Director of Partner Relations and Support to lead our Partner Relations team from our Archer Heights location in Chicago. In this on-site leadership position, you will help ensure that nutritious food reaches communities equitably and efficiently across Cook County.

About the Role

As Director of Partner Relations and Support, you will guide and develop a dedicated team while deepening the partnerships that power our hunger-relief mission. This role blends people leadership, operational oversight, and program management, and is central to delivering quality, dependable food access for the partner agencies and neighborhoods we serve throughout Chicago and the surrounding county.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the Partner Relations team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Food Depository partners to advance effective and equitable food distribution.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Manage programs that improve food access and respond to community needs across Cook County.
• Champion equity in how food and resources reach partners and the people they serve.
