The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Field Supervisors for our organization in Bengaluru, India. As a Field Supervisor at Vrinda International, you will play a crucial role in overseeing field operations and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate field teams to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
- Monitor work quality and provide necessary guidance to team members
- Travel to assigned locations as required for site inspections and client meetings
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear lines of communication
Qualifications
- 6 months - 1 year experience in Field Operations or related field is required
- Local candidates from Bangalore / Hyderabad only
- Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty)
- Good communication and coordination skills are essential
