We are seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team at Coastal Kids Autism Treatment Center, PLLC. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavior support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed psychologist
- Document all sessions and observations accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other professionals, including parents and educators, to ensure consistency in care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

- A registered or eligible candidate for certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
