Role Overview

The Corporate Controller at Frontline Performance Group will lead and enhance the accounting function, providing strategic oversight while ensuring tactical execution. This role involves managing financial reporting, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury operations, accounting processes, systems, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in small to mid-sized, multi-entity organizations.

Core Duties

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead revenue recognition processes and manage cash forecasting and treasury operations
• Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and processes to support business growth
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of accountants, ensuring clear expectations and accountability
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Broad accounting experience in a small to mid-sized, multi-entity organization
• Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with practical leadership skills
• A proven track record of setting direction and stepping into the work as needed
• The ability to establish clear expectations, hold others accountable, develop talent, and execute through a team
• Experience in financial reporting, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, treasury operations, accounting processes, systems, and process improvement
• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of issues and drives solutions to completion
• Comfortable working within a multi-entity, global accounting environment
