What This Role Involves

The role involves overseeing and coordinating the operational complexities of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma. The Associate Director will be responsible for ensuring that treatment sites are fully prepared to deliver this innovative therapy, requiring close coordination with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure site readiness and support consistent execution of the therapy across all treatment sites in the North California territory.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, clinical operations, and marketing to align on strategy and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at treatment sites to ensure smooth operation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address operational challenges proactively to minimize disruptions in patient care.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in oncology, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical trials and therapy delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
