What This Role Involves

This role is pivotal in driving customer growth and lifecycle management at Pendo. You will own the full digital customer journey from onboarding to expansion, building, iterating, and optimizing each step of the way. Your responsibilities include designing experiments, programs, and data-driven interventions that make engagement intentional rather than accidental. Using Pendo’s platform and analytics, you will identify where users find value, drop off, and which interventions move the needle. You will lead a team of approximately five Adoption Managers and work closely with Pendo’s Center of Excellence / Product Operations function.

What You'll Do

• Own the lifecycle motion from first login to fully embedded power user.
• Design and ship cross-channel experiments across in-app guides, email, NPS, segmentation, and other channels.
• Use Pendo’s own analytics to identify key areas for improvement and scope your own work rather than waiting on an analyst.
• Lead a team of Adoption Managers and collaborate with the Center of Excellence / Product Operations function.

Qualifications

Experience in customer growth, lifecycle management, or product operations is essential. A proven track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies and a deep understanding of user behavior are critical. Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team of Adoption Managers are required. Experience with analytics tools and platforms like Pendo’s is beneficial.
