This role involves ensuring the seamless execution of emails, forms, journeys, automations, and Cloud Page landing pages.
<h2-Core Duties- Implement and manage marketing automation campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure the successful execution of email marketing strategies, including segmentation and personalization.
- Create and optimize forms, journeys, and automations to support lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Utilize basic creative services skills for image resizing and minor edits using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Leverage Canva.com or Adobe Express for creating marketing assets with a focus on visual appeal and consistency.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in using Photoshop and Illustrator for image editing and design tasks.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to create and optimize landing pages on Cloud Pages.
- Aptitude for creative services, including the ability to use Canva.com or Adobe Express for marketing asset creation.
