Hill Bros. is currently seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a full-time position in Saint Paul, Indiana. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $88,000 to $97,000 per year with potential to earn more by staying out longer and driving the available miles. The job involves regional driving with 2200-2800 miles per week over a period of 6 to 8 days each run. Drivers will enjoy home weekly opportunities, allowing them to spend time at home during the week.

• New pay raise: $0.65 CPM
• $0.06 production bonus per mile
• $0.01 safety bonus

Core Duties

The primary responsibilities of a Regional Truck Driver at Hill Bros. include:

• Pick up and deliver goods to various destinations within the region.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure all shipments are loaded, secured, and delivered safely and on time.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Holding a valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements.
• A minimum of 6 months of driving experience in a similar role is required.
• Prior experience in regional trucking is preferred but not mandatory.
