Position Summary

The Hardware Project Leader will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative hardware solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical background in hardware design and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
