The Opportunity
Fuel your passion for machine learning and AI by joining Fireworks as an Applied Machine Learning Engineer. As a key member of our team, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical applications. Your role will involve developing, fine-tuning, and operationalizing ML models to drive business value and enhance user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with GTM team (Account Executives and Solutions Architects) for smooth integration and successful deployment of ML solutions.
- Create and present compelling demo/proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations showcasing our AI technology's capabilities.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications tailored to customer needs.
- Contribute to the internal ML platform by adding features and resolving issues.
- Integrate new machine learning models into existing platforms or client environments.
- Optimize system performance and efficiency for better user experiences.
Who We're Looking For
We seek candidates with a strong background in applied machine learning, proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, experience in building and deploying production ML models, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or related fields is required.
