Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Migration Strategy: Collaborate with EMEA GTM leadership and account teams to design and drive the technical GTM approach for migrating Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) to Databricks Intelligence Platform.
- In-depth Approaches: Develop appropriate approaches, guardrails, and steps needed for customers to successfully deliver on their business objectives through EDW migrations.
- Strategic Engagement: Jointly engage with leadership, product, and direct account teams to foster necessary relationships and position in-depth approaches to migrating EDWs to the Databricks Intelligence Platform.
- Presentation & Asset Development: Devise and implement a strategy across key accounts, develop presentations, demos, and other assets, and deliver them with account teams such that the field and customers make informed decisions on adoption strategy and its implementation.

- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) and their migration to cloud-based platforms like Databricks Intelligence Platform.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop, establish, and drive product adoption and market fit for Databricks’ strategic product lines in EMEA.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer engagement skills to position technical solutions effectively with leadership and direct account teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Specialists for Data and Governance to devise and implement a strategy across key accounts.
