The Opportunity
Caravel BPM Technology Solutions is seeking a NetSuite Consulting Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of the Managed Services division, you will lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful implementation of NetSuite solutions. This role involves understanding and interpreting client requirements, configuring systems, testing processes, and training end users. You will be part of a collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation of NetSuite solutions.
- Gather and interpret client requirements, providing clear guidance on subscription terminology and system configurations.
- Configure and test systems, walk clients through end-to-end processes, and train end users effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementation or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of Product/MFG modules within the NetSuite platform.
- Experience in software and vertical services industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and under budget.
