About This Position
Harpers is currently seeking experienced CDL-A lease drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) reefer operations. As a lease purchase driver with Harpers, you'll have the opportunity to earn 82% gross line haul and 100% fuel surcharge compensation. This role offers substantial financial incentives and the chance to join a well-established team of independent contractors.
What You'll Do
- Earn 82% gross line haul with 100% fuel surcharge (FSC) compensation
- Drive OTR reefer trucks for long-haul transportation
- Operate in one of the largest freight networks nationwide
- Participate in a lease purchase program, providing business-minded opportunities
Requirements
- CDL-A license with at least 2 years of OTR driving experience
- Ability to operate reefer trucks effectively and safely
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Valid medical card and clean driving record
